You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, and further delivery updates will be sent via SMS to the phone number provided during checkout.

🔁 Exchanges & Returns

Every item comes with a one-year warranty, which includes free repairs for any production-related issues.

📏 Size Exchange

If your item arrived too large or too small, we offer a one-time free size exchange.

• In-studio exchange: Available at our studio in Kfar Yona – 82 HaSimcha Street.
  Size adjustments take up to 5 business days.

• Courier exchange: If you prefer to exchange the size via delivery, we work with a secure and reliable courier service for an additional 35 NIS.
  After payment, a courier will contact you to pick up the item, deliver it to the studio for adjustment, and return it to you.
  Please note: This process may take slightly longer due to multiple delivery stages.

👉 We are not responsible for any shipments sent via delivery services other than our own.

🔧 Repairs or Exchanges – Shipping Instructions

Please pack the jewelry in its original packaging (or another sealed and padded box) and include a note with:

• Order number

• Full name

• Phone number

• Instagram name (if relevant)

• Full return address

• Desired size or item for exchange
